Hunter or Gatherer

There are two kinds of people in this world: hunters and gatherers. The hunter goes in, gets what they need, brings it home and uses it up. On the other hand, the gatherer searches high and low, gathering many treasures to add to their already full stash of ...................(fill in blank). And even though the piles grow bigger there just might be the day when one will need something in one of the piles/boxes/drawers.
Does any of this sound familiar? Are you a gatherer? Here's a test...you know when you get a new scrapbook product and it comes in a pack of 6 and your already down to 3, you start getting that little twinge of anxiety...
thoughts of, what if I can't get any more? or, I might need this later.
That's when the hoarding starts.
Not the kooky kind of hoarding like you see on the Oprah show, but hoarding just the same (for some of us it's the 97% cards that are now discontinued).
Well, at CHA in July we met a lovely girl, Krissy from Greenville, South Carolina who had the same love of the 97% cards. In fact she professed her love of all things Gypsie and said she just couldn't get enough. We asked her to take a picture of her stash and send it to us.
She was right, she does have a lot! We think she's definitely a gatherer.
Someone after our own heart.

This is the page from Krissy's album, "25 Things that make me Happy".
We made her list!

Definitely a gatherer when it comes to your product. I don't ever want to run out of something (like the white Life paper for instance!). My 7Gs stash rivals Krissy's! It took a number of years but I finally got smart and only by what I love and know I will use which means Gypsy goodness! Keep the amazing products coming!

I would have to say when it comes to scrapbooking, I am the hunter most of the time.
That is a beautiful layout!

LOL! A woman after my own heart! I'm totally a gatherer...I could probably "alter" a wall with my collection of 97% complete stickers!

Yep, that looks a LOT like my stash at home! Thank goodness I'm not the only one.
